2. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 583/2025 of Police Station Keshav Puram for offence under Section 109(l)/3(5) BNS read with Section 25/27/59 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court since circumstances have changed after dismissal of previous application before the trial court.
