1. The present petition intends to challenge the order dated 15th June, 2023, passed by the Appellate Authority, under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 (“Gratuity Act”). However, in the body of the petition, as well as in the prayer clause, the reference has been made only to the order of the Controlling Authority under the Gratuity Act and Assistant Labour Commissioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition, on the same cause of action, thereby properly incorporating the challenge to the order of the Appellate Authority in the petition, as well as in the prayer.
