1. Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.577/2023 of PS Dwarka South for offence under Section 354A IPC and Section 10 of the POCSO Act.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that this withdrawal shall not be read to the prejudice of the petitioner by the trial court.
