1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent has filed an Special Leave to Appeal (C) bearing No. 4306/2026, against the judgment dated 23rd January, 2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 279/2024.
2. This Court is informed that the judgment dated 23rd January, 2026 passed by the Division Bench, has been stayed by the Supreme Court.
3. Further, this Court is informed that the next date of hearing before the Supreme Court is 04th August, 2026.
4. Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of.
5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition, subject to any order that may be passed by the Supreme Court.
