1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 458/2024 of PS Ambedkar Nagar for offence under Section 376/506/323/509/377 IPC.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with the request that trial court be directed to expedite the trial since the accused/applicant is in jail for past year and a half.
3. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the request to the trial court to expeditiously dispose of the complete trial preferably within six months because according to both sides, eight out of seventeen witnesses of prosecution stand examined.
