1. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 961/2024 dated 18.12.2024, registered at Police Station Begum Pur, District Rohini, Delhi, under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/351(2)/79/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on the ground of a settlement.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Prashant Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file afresh, if a comprehensive settlement is reached between the other victims and the accused.
3. The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.
