1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition.
2. It is submitted that on 25th May, 2026, the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in the presence of two Mediators.
3. Thus, it is submitted that in terms of the Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 25th May, 2026 (“Settlement”), the parties have agreed that they shall withdraw their respective pending cases against each other prior to filing of the second motion petition for divorce by mutual consent.
