1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. This petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking release of compensation in respect of land acquired being Khasra Nos.92 (6-0), 91 (0- 12), 1379/89 min (0-14), 1380/89 (0-10) and 1378/89 (0-10) (total land admeasuring 9-6) located at Madhu Vihar, Exten. Delhi-110092.
3. Notice was issued in this petition on the last date i.e. 13th April, 2026.
4. Mr. Sunil Kr. Jha, counsel for the respondent/LAC, on instructions, submits that if the Petitioners approach the LAC with all the relevant documentation, then after verifying the credentials of the Petitioners, compensation shall be released within three months.
