1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 218/2025 of PS Crime Branch for offence under Section 21/29 of NDPS Act.
2. Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant was allegedly found in possession of 203 grams Alprazolam, which is of commercial quantity.
3. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.
4. As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
