1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking liberty to withdraw the present petition.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have amicably resolved and settled all their disputes by way of the Settlement Agreement dated 04th May, 2026, executed between them. Thus, the present application has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions made before this Court, the present application is allowed and the petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
4. Accordingly, the application also stands disposed of.
