Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) submits that the vacant and peaceful possession of the Cremation Ground, situated at Keshopur, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018, has been duly handed over to the petitioner. He, thus, submits that he does not wish to press the petition any further.
