1. The petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 150/2026 of Police Station Welcome, Delhi for offence under Section 4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage), Act on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
