1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 685/2022 of Police Station Narela Industrial Area for offence under Section 302/323/341/506/34 IPC.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to examination of the material witnesses.
3. As requested, the bail application and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
4. Learned trial court is requested to examine all the material witnesses as expeditiously as possible, but positively within four months.
