1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter already stands settled before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi.
2. He further submits that under the said Settlement, a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac Fifty Thousand Only), has been received by the petitioner, by way of demand draft.
