1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed over to this Court a Settlement Agreement dated 28th April, 2026 arrived at between the parties, and finalized under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
2. The said Settlement Agreement dated 28th April, 2026 is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties stands settled, in view of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, and they do not wish to pursue the present matter any further.
4. She, thus, submits that the petition be disposed of, in view of the settlement achieved between the parties.
