1. The present matter has been filed challenging the Award dated 31st October, 2023, passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court-III, Rouse Avenue Courts Complex, New Delhi in LIR No. 7961/2016 titled as Poonam Devi Versus EDMC.
2. None appears for the petitioner-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), when the matter is called out.
3. None had appeared for the MCD, even on the last date of hearing.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
