2. He has further handed over to this Court an order dated 21st March, 2025, passed in CONT.CAS(C) 1566/2024, tilted as Green Avenue Residents Association & Anr. Versus Sh. Dharmendra & Ors., to submit that similar request has been acceded to by the Court, on a previous occasion also.
3. Learned counsels appearing for the respondents submit that they have no objection to the said request.
