1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that substantial compliance of the order dated 03rd November, 2025, passed in O.M.P.(I)(COMM) 222/2025, already stands done by the respondents.
2. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that they need a little time for the purpose of closing the loan account.
3. In response, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners’ personal goods are lying in the premises in question, i.e., Khasra No. 89/6, GT Road, Murthal NH1, Sonipat Haryana, which they need to access.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioners, and cooperate in whatever manner, required.
