5. Present: Mr. Subodh Kumar Singh, Ld. counsel for MA applicant. This matter is taken up by this Tribunal through Hybrid mode. Ld. counsel for the MA Applicant has submitted that this Miscellaneous Application has been filed seeking the return of original documents that were submitted along with the captioned Original Application. It has been stated that the OA already stands disposed of, and no further adjudication is pending before this Tribunal which may require retention of those originals. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the dispute has now been settled, the applicant requires the original documents for its internal purposes and, therefore, prays for their release. A report was called from the Registry regarding the status of the original documents. As per the Registry, documents at serial numbers 17 to 95 are available on record. Since the OA stands concluded and no connected or subsequent proceedings are pending, there is no further necessity for this Tribunal to retain the original documents. In these circumstances, the applicant is permitted to take back the original documents subject to filing certified copies of each original document sought to be withdrawn so that the case record remains complete for archival purposes. is Accordingly, Miscellaneous Application No. 41/2025 allowed. The Registry is directed to return only original documents as per rules that pertain to this OA, upon the applicant filing certified copies in place of each returned document.
