1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that PPO with regard to the prayer made in the OA has been issued and nothing remains on their part. A copy of the PPO issued in this matter has also been handed over to the Counsel for the Applicant during the course of hearing.
2. In view of the relief as prayed for in the OA has been complied with in this matter, the OA has become infructuous and, hence, the OA is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
