1. Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the case in view of the fact that an earlier OA No 4344/2013 filed in this matter has already been dismissed by AFT (RB), Chandigarh vide its Order dt15.10.2015 and, hence, it is not maintainable. However, as prayed for by the Counsel for the Applicant, liberty is granted to file afresh before the appropriate forum, if so desired.
