1. When the case was listed for hearing on 12.12.2024 and 22.01.2025, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. When the case was again listed for hearing on 11.02.2025, the case was adjourned through proxy Counsel for the Applicant with a prayer for listing the same in physical hearing of the case which was allowed and the case was listed for physical hearing on 05.03.2025 but the Counsel for the Applicant again prayed for listing the same on next date of physical hearing. The prayer of the Applicant for physical hearing was allowed on 05.03.2025 with specific directions that no further adjournment shall be granted. Today, when the case was listed for hearing in physical hearing of the cases, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant which shows that the Applicant is not interested in pursuing his case. Therefore, the OA is dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
