1. This MA (Execution) has been filed for execution of Order dated 13/7/2021 passed by this Tribunal, granting revision of Reservist Pension to the Applicant.
2. We have heard the counsels for the parties. It is not in dispute that the issue pertaining in this matter is pending beore the Hon’ble Apex Court and, hence, this Application is not maintainable at this stage. In view of this fact, we direct the Counsel for the Applicant to file afresh on the basis of the final decision of the Hon’ble Apex Court, as and when done.
