1. During the course of hearing, while arguing counsel for the applicant not present, Counsel for the Respondents submits that PPO in compliance of Order passed by this Tribunal has been issued and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents. A copy of the PPO has also been supplied to the proxy counsel for the Applicant in advance during the course of hearing.
2. In view of the foregoing, this Application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record. However, in case any grievance remains with the applicant, he shall be at liberty to file de novo.
