1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that in compliance of Order passed by this Tribunal in this matter, PPO has been issued and nothing remains on their part. Counsel for the Applicant has also conceded to the Statement made by the Respondents.
2. In view of the affirmative statement made at the Bar by both the parties, this Execution Application is disposed off with the direction to the Respondents that the payment shall be made to the Applicant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, failing which, the Applicant shall be entitled to receive a cost of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) from the Respondents for non adhrence of stipulated timeframe.
