1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that the matter has been complied with in toto and nothing remains on their part. In support of their submission, the Respondents have also filed Miscellaneous Application on 14/8/2025, wherein a copy of the PPO issued in compliance of the Order dated 18/8/2022 in OA No 181/2019 passed by this Tribunal, has been enclosed, which is on record. Proxy Counsel for the Applicant is in congruence with the submission made by the Counsel for the Respondents.
2. In view of the compliance having been made in this matter, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
