1. During the course of hearing, Proxy Counsel for the Applicant has placed on record a copy of the Intimation dated 06/10/2025, emanating from the office of PCDA (P), Prayagraj, notifying that the e-PPO No 151198200166 issued in favour of the Applicant has been sent to State Bank of India, CPPC SMS Highway, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Perusal of record reveals that vide Order dated 09/7/2025, this Tribunal has directed the Respondents to issue the PPO in favour of the PDA concerned as the PPO issued earlier was in favour of the Treasury Officer, Danta Ramgarh, Sikar, Rajasthan, impeding the execution of the PPO.
2. In view of the foregoing and e-PPO has since been transmitted to the PDA concerned, ie, State Bank of India, CPPC, Chaura Rasta, Jaipur, the PDA is directed to make payment to the applicant expeditiously, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
3. With the above directions, this MA Execution Application is disposed off. However, in case the applicant has any grievance with regard to the compliance made by the PDA, he shall be at liberty to approach this Tribunal de novo. File be consigned to record.
