1. During the course of hearing on 24.04.2025, Ms Savita Singh, Counsel for the Applicant submitted that she has no instructions and recuses herself from arguing the case and, hence, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the Applicant. In compliance of Order dt 24.04.2025, notices were issued to the Applicant on 29.04.2025 which were delivered to him on 27.07.2025. Today, when the case was listed for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant which implies that the Applicant is not interested in pursuing his case. Therefore, the OA is dismissed for want of prosecution.
