1. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Respondents produced a copy of PPO No 233200600850 (Corrigendum No 10) and submitted that the Applicant has been granted benefits of MACP-II wef 01.01.2006 and nothing survives in this matter. In view of this fact, the OA is disposed off as infructuous as also the pending Miscellaneous Application, if any.
