During the course of hearing on 23.07.2025, Learned Counsel for the Applicant prayed for adjournment on the grounds that the documents for publication of Part II

Order for marriage of the Applicant with Late Rfn Gian ngn nave been submitted to Record Ofice Rajputaná Rifles through Zila Sainik Kalyan Adhikari, Shergarh, District Jodhpur on 10.07.2025 to establish her locus standi. Today; Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the spelling of the name of the Applicant's husband in the OA

was not matching with the spelling mentioned in service documents. Therefore, he prays for permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to file frésh after publication of Part II Order of marriage of the Applicant with her husband, Late Rfn Gian Singh. The prayer of the Applicant is allowed and the OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
