1. The UOI has filed this MA praying for clarification/modification of Order dated 20/7/2018 passed by this Tribunal in OA No 12/2016 on the ground that the husband of the applicant has expired on 06/12/2011 and is, therefore, non implementable.
2. We have heard counsels for the parties and perused the material placed on record.
3. Vide Order dated 20/7/2018, this Tribunal has directed the Respondents to grant benefit of broadbanding of disability element of disability pension to the husband of the applicant from 30% to 50% wef 13/1/2013, ie, three years prior to the date of filing of the OA. However, husband of the applicant had already expired on 06/12/2011.
4. In view of the foregoing and since husband of the applicant had already expired on 06/12/2011 before passing of the Order, the Order dated 20/7/2018 passed by this Tribunal cannot be implemented and the MA is disposed off accordingly.

5. This Order forms part of the Order dated 20/7/2018 passed by this Tribunal in OA No 12/2016.
6. File be consigned to record.
