1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that PPO granting relief of MACP III (Nb Sub Grade) as entitled to the deceased husband of the Applicant, has already been issued and payment has also been paid to the applicant and nothing remains on their part.
2. In view of the relief as entitled to the late husband of the applicant having been granted to the Applicant, this OA has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
