1. Contrast to the MA No 463/2025 filed by the Respondents, praying for correction of Order dated 07/5/2025, however, during the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that PPO in compliance of Order passed by this Tribunal has been issued and nothing remains on their part. A copy of PPO issued in this regard has also been supplied to the Proxy Counsel for the Applicant during the course of hearing.
2. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter, this Application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
