1. During the course of hearing, Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that in pursuance of Writ Petition in DB Civil WP No 2447/2025 in the case of UOI & Ors Vs Mamta, filed by the Respondents in this matter, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur, vide Order dated 25/7/2025, has granted stay in execution of Order dated 09/11/2021 passed by this Tribunal. In support of his statement, the Senior Panel Counsel has placed on record a copy of the ibid Order, which is taken on record.
2. In view of this fact, at this stage the MA Execution is not maintainable. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequent to the final decision of the said DB Civil Writ Petition by the Hon’ble High Court, if so desired.
3. The Application is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to record.
