During the course of Hearing, CouDsel for the Applicant submits that the Respondents have filed a Writ Petition against the Order datd 19/7/2022 passed by this Tribunal before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jodhpur.
He also submits that the cóst of Rs 5,000/-imposed vide Order dated 16/10/2025 has already been paid to the applicant by the Respondents.

2. In view of the affirmative statement made by the Counsel for the Applicant at the Bar, at this stage the MA Execution is not maintainable. However, the applicant shali be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequént to the final decjsion of the said Writ Petition by the Hon'ble High Couft, if so desired.
