ORDER
11.10.2025**
1. While none appeared on behalf of the Applicant during the course of hearing, OIC Legal Cell appearing for the Respondents submits that compliance in this matter has been done in this matter and nothing remains on their part. In support of her arguments, she has placed on record a copy of the PPO issued in this matter. A copy of PPO be supplied to the counsel for the applicant within a weeks' time.
2. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter by placing a copy of the PPO on record, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record. However, in case the applicant has any grievance, he shall be at liberty to approach this Tribunal de novo.
