1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur has granted stay in execution of Order dated 27/2/2023 passed by this Tribunal.
2. In view of the stay granted by the Hon’ble High Court as stated by the Counsel for the Applicant, at this stage the MA Execution is not maintainable. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequent to the final decision of the said DB Civil Writ Petition by the Hon’ble High Court, if so desired.
3. The Application is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to record.
