1. Learned Counsel for the Respondents (R4&5) submits that Punjab National Bank (CPPC), Jaipur has issued “No Payment Certificate” to PCDA (Sparsh) on 28.05.2025 for restoration of commutation and payment of arrears amounting to Rs. 66,306/- to the Applicant. Learned Counsel for the Respondents (R1-3) undertakes to make payment to the Applicant within a period of four weeks. Therefore, the OA is disposed off as infructuous. However, if the Applicant is not paid the arrears within a period of four weeks, he shall be at liberty to file afresh.
