1. It has been observed that since last one and half year, the case has been listed for hearing on nine times but either the Counsel for the Applicant did not appear or get the matter adjourned through proxy Counsels on one pretext or the other. When the case was listed for hearing on 30.05.2025, the same was adjourned with request for listing the case during physical hearing of the cases. Today, when the matter was listed during physical hearing of the cases, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant, which shows that the Applicant is not interested in pursuing his case. Therefore, the OA is dismissed for want of prosecution.
