1. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Respondents placed on record copy of PPO No 205200600932, Corrigendum No 10 and submits that the relief sought for by the Applicant has already been granted to the Applicant and nothing survives in this matter. Proxy Counsel for the Applicant raised no objection on the statement made at Bar by the Learned Counsel for the Respondents. In view of this fact, the OA is disposed off as infructuous as also the pending Miscellaneous Application, if any.
