ORAL JUDGEMENT
Having heard the learned counsel for the respondents and having gone through the contents of the application of the petitioner, other papers, reply affidavit and letter of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Vadodara City, dated 20.8.1999, I do not find it to be a fit case where the petitioner has to be granted furlough leave. In the result, this Special Criminal Application fails and the same is dismissed. Rule discharged. No order as to costs.
