ORDER

20.11.2025

1. During the course of hearing, Learned Counsel for the Respondents PDA placed on record a copy of their letter 28.12.2023 addressed to PCDA (P) wrt their letter dt 03.11.2023 wherein PCDA (P) had asked SBI, CPPC, Jaipur - The PDA - to pay the arrears on account of FMA to the Applicant, if it was in order, at varying rates from time to time and informed that since the Applicant was a post 01.04.2003 retiree, he was not eligible for payment of FMA. Learned Counsel for the Respondents PDA further submits that initially the FMA was paid in terms of PCDA (P) PPO No S/056354/2002 which was later stopped in terms of subsequent Corr PPO No S/Corr/046612/2003 and, hence, they made no fault in issuing the payment and further recovering the same from the Applicant. (SANJIV MITTAL) MEMBER (A) As such the prayer of the Applicant for payment of Rs. 98,380/- is not justified as he is not eligible for payment of FMA since the date of his discharge from service in terms of extant orders/policy relating to ECHS. The earlier order(s) dated 06.03.2025, 30.04.2025, 15.10.2025 and 17.11.2025 are superseded with this Order. .... The OA is accordingly disposed off. Respondents

-Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off. (GOVERDHAN BARDHAR) MEMBER()
