1. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Respondents submitted that Compliance Report has already been filed by the Respondents on 04.03.2024. The relief sought for in the OA has been granted to the Applicant and payment of arrears of revised pension in terms of PEDA (P) Circular No 631 for the period from 01.01.2006 to 30.06.2014 amounting to Rs. 2,22,216/- has been made to the Applicant on 27.07.2020 and nothing remains on part of the Respondents and the OA has become infructuous. Proxy Counsel for the Applicant raised no objection on the statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Respondents. In view of the above, the OA is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
