**28.08.2025**
1. Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the case which is allowed and the OA is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the OA has been withdrawn by the Applicant, interim Orders dt 10.10.2023 and 09.08.2024 passed by this Tribunal for restricting the recovery to Rs. 2500/- pm get nullified.
