1. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to prefer an appeal before the Competent Authority against the rejection of Disability Pension claim. The prayer of the Applicant is allowed and the OA is dismissed as withdrawn. We further direct that in case the Applicant prefers an appeal against rejection of Disability Pension claim within a period of one months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order, the Competent Authority shall decide the appeal of the Applicant expeditiously. The outcome thereof shall be intimated to the Applicant.
