Date : 15.10.2026 Heard Mr. T. Nyima, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By filing this application, the applicant is seeking restoration of I.A.(C) No. 195(AP)/2022 in MAC Appeal No. 13(AP)/2022, which was disposed of on 25.02.2026, in view of the dismissal of the connected MAC Appeal No. 13(AP)/2022 for non-prosecution.
3. In view of the order passed today in M.C.(MAC Appeal) No. 01(AP)/2026, whereby the MAC Appeal No. 13(AP)/2022 was restored to original file and number, this interlocutory application for restoration of I.A.(C) No. 195(AP)/2022 is also allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 25.02.2026, whereby the Misc. Case was disposed of, is hereby recalled. In view of the above, I.A.(C) No. 195(AP)/2022 is restored to its original file and number.
4. With the above observation, the interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
