Heard Mr. B. Konwar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant seeks amendment in the prayer portion of the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026 by incorporating the G.R. Case No.285/2019. It is submitted that at the time of filing the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026, the petitioner failed to incorporate the G.R. Case No.285/2019 arising out of Itanagar Women P.S. Case No.18/2019. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that prayer for incorporating the G.R. Case No.285/2019 in the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026 may be allowed.
As the prayer is not objected, the applicant is allowed to amend the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026 by incorporating the G.R. Case No. Case No.285/2019 in the prayer portion within a week.
