HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NELSON SAILO

ORDER

14.10.2026

Heard Mr. T. T. Tara, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. G. Bam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Y. Riram, learned State Counsel appearing for all the respondents.

2. In view of the order passed today in WP (C) 536 (AP) 2025, adjudication of the instant writ petition is found to be not required since the decision already made in the above writ petition would cover the present case as well.

3. In other words, the family pension as entitled to the petitioner has not been finalized on account of the recovery notice which otherwise is now set aside by this Court in WP (C) 536 (AP) 2025.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to process and finalize the family pension that the petitioner is entitled to within a period of 2 (two) months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with the order passed in WP (C) 536 (AP) 2025.
