ORDER

Date : 09.10.2026

Heard Mr. J. Ninu, learned counsel for the applicant in I.A(C)/232/2026, who submits that by filing this application the applicant seeks correction of the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the writ petition since there has been a clerical error in the spelling of the name of the petitioner. He submits that name of the petitioner should be “Trashi Tchondrui Dirkhipa” instead of “Tashi Tchondrui Dirkhipa”. The learned counsel submits that the mistake committed being a clerical mistake, the applicant may be allowed to correct the same. Mr. T. Tagam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. L. Perme, learned Standing Counsel, Power, who represents respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Mr. N. Lowang, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 have no objections to the prayer. In view of above, the application for rectification of the name of the petitioner in the main writ petition as prayed for in this application is hereby allowed. I.A stands disposed of.
