ORDER

Date : 08.10.2026

Heard Ms N. Anju, learned Standing Counsel, APPSC, for the applicant, who submits that by filing this instant application, the applicant seeks for modification of the Court’s order dated 14.09.2026 passed in WP(C) No. 425(AP)/2026, by which, the Court had directed the applicant to allow the petitioners to participate in the interview/viva voce test but directed that the result should not be declared till the next date. She submits that pursuant to the said order, the petitioners have been allowed to participate in the interview/viva voce test and therefore, the applicant may be given liberty to declare the result. She also submits that in respect of the petitioners, if the Court so finds it necessary, their results may be kept in sealed cover.

Mr. D. Panging, learned Senior Counsel assisted by the Mr. D. Lona, learned counsel for the opposite party/writ petitioners submits that he has no objection to the application submitted by the APPSC.

Accordingly, the order dated 14.09.2026 is hereby recalled insofar as the declaration of the result is concerned. In the other words, the APPSC is allowed to declare the result of the interview/viva voce test of Trained Graduate Teacher, Secondary Level.

It is further provided that, in the event if it is found that the petitioners have qualified in the interview/viva voce test, their appointments shall be kept in abeyance for the reason that accordingly to the applicant/department concerned, they are not eligible to participate in the selection process. However, the same would be subject to the final outcome of the writ petition.

The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
